With your registration to the secure check web app, your secure check administrators have provided
you with the access to scan facility items. You can do a facility inspection-using scan, verification and
reporting using the app back to the Administrator and application portal. Digital signatures are recorded
while using the app. It is simple to use business app.
Scan & Verify
Users can scan facility by the unique barcode located on the asset, such as Doors, offices, equipments,
buildings, Fire extinguishers, Sprinkler system and others provided by your administrator. The app
download the past two days and the next few days of information to the device for a reference. You can
always click on the menu bars to switch between the tasks.
Reporting System
Users can report to the administrator on the findings being onsite. These finding can be done by simply
making video clips, adding voice notes, access your local device camera to take the required pictures
and upload back to the portal.
Notification
The Administrator broadcast group and individual notifications to all or individual mobile device. The
messages are available in the notifications section.
Summary
All tasks summary is available under the summary section. It displays all tasks status with either
complete and or not completed yet.
